Legal services in Staines during current coronavirus crisis

As we all know, the events of recent times have changed the way the world is operating in a way none of us could have foreseen.

Day by day news about how the coronavirus crisis should be dealt with for the health of all of us is changing. However, at the time of writing, and taking on board all advice outlined by the NHS, and the government, we wish to reassure you that we are maintaining high hygiene standards and adhering to socially distancing, which means that we are encouraging all visitors to the office to visit the washroom.

Like many law firms, we at Dale and Newbery are able to a large extent to conduct legal matters remotely. We can hold meetings over the phone and will endeavour to do this as much as possible

To avoid fraud and to check ID and capacity issues where relevant, we are obliged at some point to meet clients, but if needs be, we will conduct the first appointment by phone instead.

We will also look at all the advice from professional bodies such as The Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority to ensure we are operating to the highest standards possible and following best practice in these extraordinary times.

We just want to add that during this challenging time, we shall do all we can to work with the community in Staines and the surrounding areas to help us all. So, we very much hope to continue helping our clients as usual

We also make a plea to the people in the community to do all you can in this uncertain time to see that the vulnerable are cared for. It is on occasions like this that we all need to pull together and support each other.
