Dale & Newbery remain at forefront for clinical negligence

We are pleased to announce that one of our partner’s here at Dale & Newbery; Stephen Tame has been re-accredited to the Law Society’s Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.

Stephen, who has specialised in this area of law for over 20 years, heads our Clinical Negligence team and we believe his inclusion on the panel once more is a reason why this area of law is one we continue to prosper in.

The Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme covers all work undertaken by solicitors arising out of any act of negligence, breach of contract and/or statutory duty as a result of which the victim has sustained injuries in the course of medical or dental care.

To join the panel members will have shown, to the satisfaction of the Law Society that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in this area of law.

We are delighted that Stephen has been re-accredited in an area of law, which needs a special set of skills.

His considerable legal experience in this field, as well as his impressive interpersonal skills is the reason why his reputation as one of the leading authorities in Clinical Negligence continues to grow.
